Use for: Cough, sore throat, throat irritation.

How it helps: Menthol provides a cooling sensation that helps soothe throat irritation and can temporarily calm the urge to cough.

How to take it: Allow one drop to slowly dissolve in the mouth as needed. Do not chew or swallow whole. 

Fun Fact: The cooling feeling from menthol can make your airways feel more open, even though it does not actually change airflow.
